We’ve crafted a comforting dish with rich flavours inspired by Indigenous cuisine and traditional cooking methods. chili is nutrient-rich with ground Alberta bison, crushed tomatoes, carrots, and a medley of beans. Served on the side is a crispy Bannock bite, supplied by Shane Chartrand who specializes in Nehiyaw (Cree) cuisine.
